If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, EZ Glider will refund the full purchase price of your product, minus a $5 handling fee for its return. To receive your refund, please mail your product to the following address within 45 days of purchase.

Please be sure to include tracking information with your shipment so that we can issue your refund in the unlikely event that the returned package is lost in the mail. Please be certain that your full name and return address are written legibly so that the refund can be issued to you. 

Your refund will be issued within three business days of receipt of your package by EZ Glider. Your refund will be issued as a check and will also come with a 20% discount code for any order you place within 12 months of your refund.
